To avert the worst effects of climate change, a transition away from fossil fuels must occur. Moving from theory to implementation for this large-scale energy transition holds many unknowns – especially regarding the social impact. Join J. Mijin Cha, author of A Just Transition For All: Workers and Communities for a Carbon-Free Future,  Johanna Bozuwa, Executive Director of Climate and Community Institute, and Lara Skinner, Executive Director of Climate Jobs Institute, for an analysis of paths forward to unite the climate justice and labor movements and win material improvements for working class people.
