Timi Koyejo (he/him) is the Housing & Communities Policy Manager at the Climate and Community Institute (CCI), where he works with movements, researchers, and policymakers to advance green social housing and green industrial policy for housing. Previously, Timi held research and policymaking roles at the intersection of housing justice, social policy, and urban planning. At the City of Chicago, he worked on policy development in the Department of Housing and the Mayor’s Office, leading initiatives to spur equitable transit-oriented development and embed climate justice into affordable housing. His background in urbanism, supporting community coalitions, and studying international models of social housing informs his green housing work. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago and an MS in Urban Studies from the University of Vienna. Timi lives in Chicago, Illinois.
