Offer Egozy

Offer Egozy helps coordinate the NYC Policy Forum, a joint project of the Climate and Community Institute, the Fiscal Policy Institute, and Phenomenal World. He received his PhD in sociology at NYU where his research focused on institutional change – with projects on the criminal justice system and the art world. He also has worked actively in local New York politics helping coordinate various electoral and legislative campaigns. Previously he was a criminal appeals attorney and criminal defense investigator. He also has an interest in filmmaking and his first feature film premiered at the Berlin Film Festival.
