Al-Jalil is an Urban Planning and Analytics professional who seeks to advance social, environmental, and economic resilience in regional development. As a Strategy Analyst at Gensler, Al-Jalil addresses client needs associated with Market Research, Real Estate Portfolio Optimization, Organizational Strategy, Sustainability, as well as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). His work combines analysis, strategy, and design to help clients fully define their strategic foundation, make the most intelligent project decisions, reduce risk, and drive toward highest performance. As a Member at Climate and Community Project, he was a contributing researcher to the Green New Deal for K-12 Public Schools. Al-Jalil earned a Master of City Planning from University of Pennsylvania (UPenn) and a Bachelor of Architecture from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI).
